The Kapiz website and app belong to KAPIZ SpA, RUT 78.529.855-1, registered at Antonio Bellet 193 of 1210, PROVIDENCIA. Its legal representative is Paulina Elgueta. It is also the controller of the data described in the privacy policy.

Subscriptions are sold and charged by Hotmart, which acts as reseller and issues the receipt for every purchase.

02Purpose

This notice governs access to the website and use of the Kapiz desktop app, a technical market analysis terminal with a built-in artificial intelligence analyst.

03Nature of the service

Kapiz is an analysis tool. Neither the app nor the built-in analyst provide investment advice, portfolio management or personalised recommendations.

• Trades run on a practice account, with no real money.
• Webhook alerts are alerts, not orders: Kapiz does not trade with real money. If anything does so based on an alert, it is a program the user chooses, installs and configures on their own.
• Levels, setups and explanations are technical readings, not advice. The analyst can be wrong.
• Investment decisions are always the user's responsibility.

If the app ever allowed trading with real money, you would be told explicitly inside the app, with its own terms, before it was switched on.

04Intellectual property

The Kapiz brand, the interface design and the texts on this site belong to their owner. Unless stated otherwise, they may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

The app includes third-party open-source components, governed by their own licences; the list ships with the app in its licence notice. Third-party brands mentioned belong to their owners and are cited for information only.

05Liability

The service is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it is free of errors, that market data, which comes from third parties, is accurate, or that it will be available without interruption.

No liability is accepted for decisions made based on information shown in the app, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.

06Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. If you use Kapiz as a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
